BDT15 TAS DEVRI STONE MILL
PRACTICAL USER MANUAL
The mill you have purchased is a product of decades of expertise in stone milling technology. First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for choosing us.
Operation and Grain Grinding
1. Ensure the upper stone is not touching the lower stone. Rotate the hopper counter-clockwise (CCW) to increase the gap.
2. Ensure the power switch is in the "0" (OFF) position.
3. Plug the device into the outlet (the mill consumes a maximum of 550/750 Watts).
4. Turn the switch to position "1" to start the mill.
5. Slowly lower the upper stone by rotating the hopper clockwise (CW). As soon as the stones make contact, slightly raise the upper stone back up.
6. Use the locking key to secure the hopper in this position.
7. Gradually feed the grain into the hopper to begin the grinding process.
8. To adjust the fineness, remove the locking key and slowly rotate the hopper CW or CCW while the mill is running.
9. These adjustments allow you to set the desired grind size (fine or coarse).
Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Once grinding is complete, let the mill run empty for a short time to discharge any remaining product.
2. Turn the power switch to the "0" (OFF) position and unplug the device from the outlet.
3. Remove the upper hopper completely by rotating it counter-clockwise (CCW).
